DELIVERING A NEW HIGH STREET LIVE MUSIC FESTIVAL
A re-elected Carroll Labor Government will invest $1 million to deliver a new live music festival along High Street, across Northcote, Thornbury and Preston.
The free events will bring audiences into local venues, create paid opportunities for musicians and creative workers, and support trade for High Street’s shops, bars and restaurants.
Only Labor will deliver $1 million for the festival, supporting festival programming, artist fees, production, accessibility, safety, marketing and engagement with local venues and traders.
